For this product, we custom-made this engagement ring with GRS certified 2.03 carats Octagon (or Emerald Cut) Vivid Red ‘Pigeon Blood’ Ruby from Myanmar (Burma) which we sourced from the wholesale market – The pictures & video used in this post were the custom-finished rings that our client received and was very satisfied with.

Ultra rare 2 carat Burma (Myanmar) Solitaire Ruby Yellow Gold Engagement Ring
This engagement ring was custom made with a GRS certified 2.03-carat Vivid Red ‘Pigeon Blood’ Burma (Myanmar) Ruby center set in 18K Yellow Gold.
The ruby has stunning Burma red color, amazing fire and luster with very slight visible inclusions. The stone is GRS certified as ‘H (b)’ – Heated with minor residue in cavities
This means the stone has been subject to heat treatment with slight flux residue which is normal with 50% of all rubies on the market. Also, there is no advanced treatment like beryllium or aggressive lead glass-filled which is a lot cheaper.
